What is your return policy for hiking gear?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, climbing ropes and load-bearing equipment cannot be returned once opened.

Are the hiking boots genuine and covered by warranty?

Yes, all our products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from manufacturers. Most footwear comes with a 6-month manufacturer warranty against production defects.

How do I choose the right backpack size?

We provide a detailed sizing guide on every product page. We recommend measuring your torso length to ensure the best fit for multi-day trekking packs.
